Referral Program
The Get Scooped referral program is perfect for everyone, whether you've got a dog or not. You can refer someone even if you are not actively a customer of Get Scooped. We require you to input your information along side your friends so we can track who referred who, and reach out to you when your friend signs up for regular cleanings. When your friends signs up for their first month us, we will reach out to you to confirm payment details and send you $10. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer, each time a person you refer signs up with us, you'll receive an additional $10. The person you refer must be within the Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Ancaster area. Some postal codes are excluded, and we do have the right to veto any of the referrals if they are outside of our service zone. If you are unsure if you or your friend are within the service area please reach out to us and we can confirm.
You only get paid when your friends signs up for a month of service at any frequency.
First Scoop Free Offer
First time customers with Get Scooped get their very first scoop job done for free. This offer is only valid once per household and only with the purchase of a month of service at any frequency (ie. weekly, monthly. etc.) This offer is not valid for a one time cleaning service, only for customers who chose to do regular cleanings.
Yard Access
To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service we need to have safe and proper access to your yard. This means a walkway free of obstruction for our team to safely pass through, and ensure that your dog is inside throughout the duration of our clean. We also need to know how to access your yard and if there us any locks on any gates, they need to be unlocked prior, or you must share the unlocking procedure with our team. You will always know when a member of our team is in your yard. We send a text ~20 minutes before arrival, upon arrival, and upon departure we also send a photo to confirm your gate is closed properly and that your yard is safe for your pet to return to. Additionally everyone on our team is always wearing a hi-vis vest. If for whatever reason we arrive and are unable to access your yard and unable to get in contact with you or you are not home to correct the issue, you will still be billed for that days service. This goes towards the additional time it will take on the next service day, and for the time spent traveling to your home.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
if we missed a spot or you are not 100% satisfied with our service we will send someone out to re-scoop your yard. You must contact us on the same day of service before 6pm and we will send someone out same day to re-scoop the yard until you are happy with the result. If we are unable to have a team member come out same day, we will offer a partial refund or credit towards your next service.
Bad Weather
Our team scoops poop, not soup. On days where the weather is exceptionally bad, your service might be delayed until the storm has past, or if the storm really won't let up we may have to cancel our service for that day. You will always be updated in advance and kept in the know. If this does happen, you will still be billed for the service day to make up for the additional waste that has accumulated.
Communications
When you sign up with Get Scooped, you consent to receive email, text and phone communications from us. This includes but is not limited to, important updates, (ie. heads up yet, gate check pictures, etc.) as well as for marketing and promotional offers. All the data we collect is strictly for internal use only. We will never sell your data.
Promotions and offers
All promotions are for a limited time only. Get Scooped holds the right to change, edit, or remove any of our promotions or offers with little to no notice. To take full advantage of our offers, act as soon as you see one. Get Scooped also retains the right to refuse service given probable cause.
